Vino Cotto Cerrone70 – Anno 1970

Vino Cotto Cerrone70 It is made from the slow boiling of must in copper cauldrons and a long ageing process in wooden barrels over 60 years old. A wine for slow sipping and contemplation, to be enjoyed with dark chocolate and cigars. The name “Cerrone70" refers to the address "Via Cerrone Varco 41” where our company is based.

Coffee-coloured, with terracotta-like highlights. Rich and complex on the nose, empyreumatic, toasted, smoky, balsamic, with notes of fruit compote, including fig and cherry. On the palate, it is syrupy and refreshing. Magnificent sweetness, fullness, and generosity of flavour. A wine in a class of its own.
