Vino Cotto Stravecchio – XL

Vino Cotto is a traditional product of the Macerata and Ascoli areas, deeply rooted in the traditions of Loro Piceno. It is made from local white and red grapes such as Trebbiano, Sangiovese and Montepulciano. The must is slowly boiled in copper vats for at least 15–18 hours, reducing by 40–50%, and then aged in wooden barrels for at least 5 years.
