Grape varieties White and red berry grapes from indigenous vines: Trebbiano, Sangiovese and Montepulciano
Soil composition: Half-mixed
Winemaking Cooking the must in copper cauldrons for 10–12 hours, until it reaches a reduction of between 30% and 50% of its initial volume, followed by fermentation in oak and chestnut wooden barrels.
Refinement In barrels for at least 5 years and up to 20 years, with periodic topping-up.
Alcoholic strength 14%
Service modes: Serve at room temperature
Gastronomy It is a dessert wine and pairs very well with sweets, particularly with all dry pastries.
