RITA – Vino & Visciole

Vino&Visciole Rita is dedicated to the grandmother, Decimo’s wife, and is made from the fermentation of sour cherries and sugar, added to red wine. It is an aromatic wine with a ruby colour and an intense sour cherry aroma, with a sweet and well-balanced taste. Excellent for slow sipping and contemplation, it pairs beautifully with dry pastries, tarts, blue cheeses, and dark chocolate. Serve at a temperature of 10°–12°C. Alcohol Content: 11% It is then aged in wooden barrels for at least 5 years.
