The story of our winery began over twenty years ago, with the desire to carry on a tradition passed down from our ancestors.

As in every Lovere family, cooked wine has always been a constant presence in our home: from a young age, children observe their grandparents and parents during the wine harvest and production period. This was also the case for Cristian, who as a child followed and assisted his grandfather Decimo in preparing the wine.

As the years went by, the idea was born to give continuity to this family legacy, bringing the “Il Lorese” winery to life, with the aim of promoting and enhancing this extraordinary product.

For our family, producing *vino cotto* means more than just making wine; it's about safeguarding and passing down history, culture, and tradition from one generation to the next.
